Delivery to most of mainland UK is free – remote areas, Highlands and Islands, may incur a surcharge. Delivery to EU countries is calculated on a per item basis, accordingly if you are purchasing multiple items for delivery it may be worth contacting us to see if we can apply a discount to your order.
On acceptance of your order we aim to deliver the product(s) within 2 working days, subject to availability. Please note that there are a small number of postcodes, usually in remote rural areas to which we may not be able to deliver within this timescale. One redelivery attempt may be scheduled at that stage; if no instruction is received the couriers will automatically reattempt delivery the next working day. Brexit – Additional Shipping and Tax/Duties information
Further to the UK leaving the EU, there are widespread delays in shipping via all courier companies, please check with our couriers, UPS & Royal Mail for more information. Due to this disruption deliveries may take longer than 2-5 working days. Please note EU customers should provide their EORI numbers at checkout to speed up the customs process.
Propress is a UK based company, please be aware if purchasing from the EU, there will be taxes (and potentially customs duties) to pay at customs prior to delivery. The value of these charges will vary from country to country and depend on the value of your order. We are unable to provide estimates of these costs at point of checkout.

DELIVERIES OUTSIDE THE UK AND EU
Currently this e-commerce site is only enabled in the UK and the EU.
If you are enquiring about purchasing a Propress Steamer from outside of these regions, or for delivery to outside of these regions, please either email us directly or call us on +44 (0)20 8417 0660. The description of all items contained on this website are as accurate as possible, please carefully read the specification of the product you are ordering and ensure it suits your needs.
We offer a 14 day refund/returns policy on all products, but please note: refunds are only given at the discretion of Propress Ltd.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a copy of your order confirmation email or copy invoice as proof of purchase. To return your product for a refund, please first call us or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or call you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund less a 10% restocking fee and any applicable return shipping costs will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If you wish to exchange an unused product for a superior model in the range we can arrange this and you will be charged the prevailing collection fee together with a £25 checking/repacking fee and the difference in cost of the superior product selected.
